...Close your eyes and imagine the Arizona sunrise peeking out from your bedroom window. It paints the sky with blues, pinks, purples, yellows, and orange colors...all greeting you with absolute warmth. It's as though the sunrise is speaking directly to you and is saying "hello, I am so glad you made it". The clouds flutter and you witness birds ascend into the sky! You notice their natural free state, and you want that too.
You sit up in bed and stretch your arms up. It hits you! You really did it this time... You booked the trip and made the decision to pour into yourself. Write your new love story
In 2021, a woman just like yourself, decided to embark on her new love story.
It wasn't your typical love story, where two people fall in love. It was one in which she would fall back in love with herself!
At 36, she was thriving financially, worked for an amazing company, owned multiple homes, and had wonderful friends and family connections. She achieved everything she set her sight on! You name it...promotions, growth, and learning new trades. Excelling in life was a part of her DNA.
However, underneath all of this achievement, she was burnt out and felt completely disconnected in life. In a marriage that was ending and a career that felt out of alignment, she knew there was something more to discover! Pouring into everyone and everything got her to new places in life, but also meant she lost herself.
One curious moment, a spontaneous decision, and a flight booked to Costa Rica for a retreat, would begin her new love story. The week would change her life forever and rearrange her entire timeline. This is the very path that opens up at The Ultimate Self-Love Retreat.

Every morning will start with an empowering and magnetic opening ceremony and Love Shine Energy that will wrap you up and take you to places of awareness, love, connection and clarity!

The reset phase will focus deeply on acknowledging and understanding past experiences, with dedicated attention to begin the release of them.
The Recharge

Artistic healing will be a part of your day that focusses deeply on tending to your mind, body, and spirit.
We will massage the mindset to create new pathways to a healthy voice and expression that you trust.

The Rise
At the end of your experience, you will witness "your Rise". You will observe new energy within yourself that will guide you to areas of alignment. Your mindset will be enlightened, yet balanced. I am a heart-centered, bold, and empowering Life Coach and Expert in Relationships and Love. Love Coach. I am dedicated to helping other women call in all of the love that they desire, while navigating life itself. It's time to get real and in tune with the love that you seek in romantic relationships, friendships/family, career, and purpose!
I took a year off in 2023 and traveled the world to discover me again, attending many retreats, hiring magnificent mentors and landing 100% in alignment with a life I felt ALIVE in. In 2024, I became a certified Life and Love Coach, left my corporate career, started my company Love Shine and hit the road with EMPOWERMENT!
